DMCA Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Sweep Outdoors Inc. (“Sweep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Sweep will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement involving content available through the Sweep website, mobile applications, or other services (collectively, the “Services”).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that material available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice should include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material. Please provide a URL, map name, content description, or other information that will help us identify the material.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith, stating that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority, stating that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Designated Copyright Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to:

Copyright Agent
Sweep Outdoors Inc.
5931 Greenville Ave #1009
Dallas, TX 75206
United States
Phone: (469) 324-9094
Email: dmca@sweep-app.com

For the fastest processing, we recommend submitting notices by email.

Please note that the information contained in a DMCA notice may be shared with the person who provided the allegedly infringing material or as otherwise permitted by law.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

When Sweep receives a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice and take other actions we determine appropriate under the DMCA.

When appropriate, we may notify the person who provided the affected material that it has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

A valid counter-notification should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court as provided by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)(D), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.

Counter-notifications should be sent to the Copyright Agent listed above.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original notice. Subject to the DMCA, we may restore the removed material unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that the copyright owner has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Sweep may terminate or restrict access to the Services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Please be aware that knowingly materially misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may result in liability under the DMCA.
